Kent Holyer contacts

Like buses, contacts come all at once. So this week I've had two contacts from the Kent Holyers. Firstly Philip Holyer who descends from the Margate family of Richard Butler Holyer and Fanny Cladingbowl via two generations of Horace Butler Holyers. Secondly, Ruth Richardson (née Margaret Ruth Holyer) who is the sister of Richard Henry Holyer with whom I corresponded some years back. They live in Canada and descend from Richard Holyer of Bilsington, who emigrated to Sherbrooke, Quebec in 1904.

Charles de Gruchy

Charles contacted me from Canada. He is another descendant of Walter Hollyer (1853-1924). He sent through photos of Walter and his wife Rose Ann.
